• Do you ship from China? Will it take weeks to get my rose?

  Absolutely not. We have our inventory fully stocked here in the United States of America. Not only that, but we typically process orders same day which means little to no waiting for your rose to arrive. We work closely with USPS, and every order will have a tracking number, so you can know exactly where your rose is at all times. Of course, delivery times vary on a lot of factors, but most roses arrive within 3 business days of order.

• Are Galaxy Roses fragile?

  While anything can be broken, they are more durable than you might think. Our roses, and the stands they come with, are very similar to a nice dish set. They have some preventative qualities about them, but from a high enough fall on a hard enough surface, of course they can crack.

• Are your Galaxy Roses "better" than your competitors?

  Unfortunately, being one of the first galaxy rose companies in the USA means there is plenty of competition now. Rest assured, we truly believe our product is of the highest quality money can buy. Some of our competitors do indeed sell great products, others, not so much. We implore you to do your research and go with your gut feeling.

• How long does it take to ship within the USA?

• About 90% of our orders are processed same day. What this means to you is that your order will likely be shipped within a couple days of your order, if not the following business day. Of course, all USPS delivery times will vary, but the majority of customers will get their rose within 3-4 business days after shipping. However, please remember this is the hottest gift of 2021. We ask you wait 7 business days before reaching out and that you please give us patience, but as always feel free to chat in if you have any questions.

• What is your return policy?

  Products must be returned in their original package in new, unopened condition. You must notify us of intention to make return within 7 days of your orders ship date. Actual shipping charges will not be refunded. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refund. Returns will be processed as either a refund  if bought full price, or store credit if the item was on sale. You can view our entire return policy at the link below. 

• What is your privacy policy?

  We will not share your information with anyone at any time for any reason! We will not call you unless absolutely necessary to complete your order. We take internet privacy as a huge deal, so you can feel safe with us.

• Is your site secure?

  This site is completely safe and secure with the latest SSL secure encryption technology. Our checkout is also backed by Shopify payments, or PayPal, depending how you choose to pay.
